    WestWind requires full payment at the time of booking.

    We offer a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, or if the check-in date is at least 30 days away.

    Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No changes or refunds for cancellations within 7 days of check-in.

    Please note refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

  • Check in, Check out

    Check in is 4PM or later, Checkout is 11AM or earlier

  • Quiet Hours

    Please respect other guests by observing quiet hours between 9PM to 9AM

  • Extra Guests

  • Arc Cabin 6 Maximum guests - additional guests over 4 are $25 per person/per night

  • Bluff Cabin 4 Maximum guests -additional guests over 2 are $25 per person/per night

  • Point Cabin 6 Maximum guests - additional guests over 4 are $25 per person/per night

  • Slope Cabin 4 Maximum guests -additional guests over 2 are $25 per person/per night

  • Pets

    Pets are allowed upon approval.

    Our base price for pets is $100 per pet max of 2 per cabin.

    Under no circumstances are pets allowed unattended in the cabins.
    No pets on furniture or beds
    Please bring pet supplies ie, dog beds, doggie bags, bowls, towels, etc.
    Please ensure your pet doesn’t negatively effect other guests on the property.
    Please no pets in the Spa area
    Please pick up after your pets on the outside lawn, failure to do so will result in extra cleaning fees.

  • Surveillance Cameras

    For the safety of our guests and property we have surveillance cameras recording video/audio in the driveway and parking areas of each cabin.

  • Smoking

  • No smoking of any kind indoors.

  • Parties

    Large parties with excessive noise are not permitted. Guests who violate this policy will be asked to leave without refund and may be charged extra for any damages or excessive cleanup.

  • Spa

    Open 8am - 10pm
    Open schedule/No reservations for guests

  • Please be aware of neighbors and other guests when it comes to noise levels.

  • Please remember to Rinse off in the Shower before using the amenities

  • No unattended children

  • No pets in or around the spa, please leave in your car or in a locked kennel in cabin

  • Only guests staying in the cabin can use the spa unless otherwise approved

  • Please be careful on wet/icy surfaces

  • Guests must wear swim suits when using the spa

  • Please no alcoholic beverages

  • Please Shower before using Spa facility

  • Extra towels are available in the changing room

  • When finished using the Spa please remember to close the door to the spa, drain and rinse cold plunge, and close the lid to the hot tub.
